Orders placed on Express Delivery are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm - excluding Saturday and public holidays (to 99% of the UK). Orders must be placed by 11.30am to be sent on same day dispatch. Items ordered on Express delivery are usually dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability (excluding handmade cards, wedding stationery and favours, handmade gift and memory boxes).
