How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Standard parcel delivery items are usually dispatched within 48 hours and delivery takes 2 - 3 working days following. Personalised items and wedding favour boxes usually take longer.
What if I need my items on express delivery?
We offer a priority dispatch and delivery service. Items are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment and are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service - guaranteed by 1pm the following day. If we are unable to offer priority dispatch, due to stock for example, we will always contact the customer. Personalised items and wedding favour boxes usually take longer.
Can I order over the telephone?
At present it is our policy not to accept orders over the telephone. We feel this makes the transaction process more secure for our customers.
Can I order by post?
Yes. Send your order and payment to Inspirations, c/o 50 Staindrop Crescent, Darlington, DL3 9AQ. Orders by post must include payment - either cheque or postal order. Orders received by post will not be dispatched until payment is cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Inspirations.
What are you doing to reduce your impact on the environment?
As with many organisations we are conscious of our impact on the environment. We are trying to reduce our impact by several methods. Where possible we use paper shreds as packaging - these are generally out of date supplier brochures, mail flyers etc. The shreds are easier to dispose of than polystyrene chips. Where appropriate staff are able to work from home - reducing travelling time. We encourage all staff to be environmentally aware and switch off machinery properly etc. While we are trying to reduce our impact we recognise there may be more we can do and we are continuing to work on new ideas.
