How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Standard parcel delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days following dispatch.
What if I need my items on express delivery?
We offer a priority dispatch and delivery service. Items are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment and are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service - guaranteed by 1pm. If we are unable to offer priority dispatch, due to stock for example, we will always contact the customer.
Can I order over the telephone?
At present we are not set up to accept orders over the telephone.
Can I order by post?
Yes. Send your order and payment to Inspirations, c/o 50 Staindrop Crescent, Darlington, DL3 9AQ. Orders by post must include payment - either cheque or postal order. Orders received by post will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
